Our Annual General Meeting takes place in person this year on Wednesday, October 26th at 7:00 pm. All relevant documents are available for review before the meeting in print copy at the church office or electronically at the links to the right of this page. Printed copies will be available for at both services on Sunday.
Everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the AGM, however voting privileges are reserved for members of Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mail-in ballots can be downloaded at the AGM webpage, or requested from the church office by email (info@ebap.ca) or in person. Completed ballots can be returned by email or in person to the office.
